Autism and Double Helix Water

Autism (Autism Spectrum Disorder) is a condition that usually starts during the first two or three years of life. Left untreated, it can adversely affect a person’s relationships, communication, and education.

The Autism Society of America (ASA) defines the condition in this way:

Autism is a complex developmental disability that typically appears during the first three years of life and is the result of a neurological disorder that affects the normal functioning of the brain, impacting development in the areas of social interaction and communication skills.

Although there is no universally agreed-upon treatment for autism, treatments that some have found helpful include:

  • Occupational therapy
  • Physical therapy
  • Speech-language therapy
  • Chelation to remove heavy metals
  • Dietary restriction, such as the gluten-free/casein-free diet
  • Addressing food sensitivities
  • Use of supplements of vitamins, minerals, and other dietary components.
  • Gut treatments
  • Immune system regulation

A recent scientific study, called the Diagnosis Treatment and Prevention of Autism shows promising results from using Double Helix Water with autistic subjects, with improvement in 60% to 70% of the subjects.

If you are a parent of an autistic child, you may be able to join in an autism study.
